It Is Ok To Cry

We often face a lot of pressures in our daily life.

We feel overwhelmed by stresses related to work/profession, medical/health, family welfare, financial and social (isolation) constraints, and anxiety about the future due to the uncertainty, etc.

Challenging and difficult situations at regular intervals, could become causes of misery in life.

By sharing such and other incidents of challenges, difficulties, failure, rejection or even humiliation in our lives, helps us to “lighten” our Soul. We are hesitant to share such incidents, often thinking about how the same will be perceived. But by being “vulnerable” we can experience all of life’s offerings to the fullest, thus helping us build more love and compassion in order to become even better human beings.

But by not doing so, it can lead to isolation and a feeling of failure, and hence can overwhelm us with too many emotions, which we sometimes find difficult to express.

Also, nowadays we think we are strong if we do not cry, as there is a perception of crying being a sign of weakness.

But that is not the case. Crying is not a sign of Weakness, but extreme Strength. Actually, crying is the sign of a “strongest individual” because that is when the individual sheds “inhibition” and climbs over or suppresses her / his “ego” and is able to vent out the “inner feelings” of the Soul.

Moreover, crying leads to the internal cleansing of our Soul and makes us light and completely refreshes us for our journey ahead.

So please go ahead and Cry whenever you want to and keep cleansing your Soul and get refreshed 😊. I also cry when I have to and am not ashamed of it at all; of course, not to gain sympathy, but feel lighter after venting out the inner emotions.

I am neither suggesting nor imposing that anyone should cry 😊. I am only stating that it helps whenever one is in that state of mind.

Also, if you are a person of faith, please always remember these 4 messages.

  1. I am God’s Good Soul – You know yourself better than anyone else.
  2. I am Blessed by God – You are indeed!
  3. I am Loved by God – God has Accepted as you are, and you do not require acceptance from anyone in Life!
  4. God is Always by My Side – Feel God’s presence, extend your hand, and find yourself being held by God. (Believe me it works 😊)

Never forget to count your Blessings, even if you believe you have lost some!

Please feel free to reach out to me using the Contact Form if you want to have a personal discussion.

So, it is ok to cry, but a simple secret is to keep the chin up, have a smile on the face, keep having fun and moving forward, while spreading love and happiness 😊. And please keep remembering the above 4 messages! 😊

Thank you and God bless you. 🙏
