I have now known Paresh for many years. He has been a Mentor, Guide and most importantly a very Good Friend to me. This goes back to 2005, when l joined Oracle Financial Software Services (OFSS … erstwhile i-flex solutions) as fresher from the university. Paresh was a clear standout amongst the various leaders and financial domain gurus at OFSS. As a fresher, I gained a lot from his global experiences in the financial services and his deep domain industry knowledge. I have been inspired by his leadership and coaching style and Paresh carries all of this in true humility. At the outset of our careers, he had seeded the value that corporate success can very much be achieved by acting upon the right values of life. Till today, Paresh remains my go to person whenever l need guidance. He with his immense experience and unique outlook towards life, has helped me change my perception and approach in dealing with a lot of difficult situations at work. This even at time when he personally had faced a lot of hardships in life. I thank and wish him well in life.
