- Much love and healing to all of those that need to
heal from the voids left by their families and friends… Asking the Universe to
bring them peace of mind and maybe even open up the lines of communication. “I
really want to talk to you, but I don’t know what to say. I am afraid you
don’t want to anyway- so I don’t. But inside of me there are words waiting to
come out…to tell you how I feel, like how I miss you; and how I love you
despite my broken heart, and especially how much I need you in my life. But
those words may forever stay in my heart-locked inside. Sometimes I wonder if
there are words locked inside you too… wherever you are, but I’ll never
know. - Doors slam, another lesson learned. Where else to go
for answers to life’s most perplexing, and sometimes painful questions… Inside
the real self, the Soul Self, people discovered an amazing spiritual lesson of
life’s interesting growth; You are your own soulmate, you complete yourself, you
can never find happiness “out there” if you cannot find it within. Do not wait
for a wake up call to shake your world and force you to open your eyes. No one
is going to rescue you, and if that is what you believe, then eventually the
cycle will begin again, until you finally realize that you rescue
you. - Kindness costs nothing, yet one day you may need the
favor returned, then it will mean everything. - Never give up or give in. Tomorrow could be the day
that brings just what you need to turn your life
around. - This is the beginning of a new day. You have been
given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you
do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life or it. When
tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever; in its place is something that
you have left behind – let it be something good. - Since every disease or unwanted condition exists
because Well-Being is being disallowed, then, in the absence of that
disallowance, Well-Being will return. It is a common thing for people to begin
to lean in the direction of recovery, only to stop and take score too soon. And
when they still find unwanted symptoms or conditions, they then offer resistant
thought and lose the improved ground they have gained. With consistent releasing
of resistance, all unwanted conditions will subside, returning you to your
natural state of Well-Being. - There came a time when enough was enough. And all of
the excuses finally lost their power. - At the end of the day, you can either focus on what’s
tearing you apart or what’s holding you together. - The unhappiest people in this world are the people who
care the most about what everyone else thinks. - If you wake in the morning and expect to feel
discomfort, you can redirect the flow from your stream of thoughts to focus upon
peace and ease. However, if you continue to stay with negative thoughts
surrounding pain, it’s like trying to change the course of a river as it rushes
down a mountain. It’s far easier to alter in the beginning compared to when the
momentum has picked up speed. - Create a new expectation of comfort and ease: Tomorrow
you will wake completely comfortable and rested. It will be smooth and
pain-free. Expect the best situation to occur . . . and it will.
