Sometimes it is necessary to limit or eliminate your
contact with certain individuals who bring you more misery than peace and do not
reflect or allow you to be the person that you truly are or aspire to become. But please do pray for them. Surround yourself with positive thinkers who are not always creating
drama. Choose people who make your day brighter simply by being around them.
Find those whom you admire; you are proud to know; and who support, motivate and
encourage you to grow. -
To let go is to be thankful for the experiences that
made you laugh, made you cry, and made you grow. It’s about all that you have,
all that you had, and all that you will soon gain. Letting go is having the
courage to accept change, and the strength to keep
moving… -
It’s time to get what your life deserves, and move on
from the things that don’t deserve you. You don’t always have to fix what’s been
broken in your past, let your future create something
better. -
Stop minimizing and discounting your feelings. You
have every right to feel the way you do. Your feelings may not always be
logical, but they are always valid. Because if you feel something, then you feel
it and it’s real to you. It’s not something you can ignore or wish away. It’s
there, gnawing at you, tugging at your core, and in order to find peace, you
have to give yourself permission to feel whatever it is you feel. You have to
let go of what you’ve been told you “should” or “shouldn’t” feel. You have to
drown out the voices of people who try to shame you into silence. You have to
listen to the sound of your own breathing and honor the truth inside you.
Because despite what you may believe, you don’t need anyone’s validation or
approval to feel what you feel. Your feelings are important and they matter —
you matter — and it is more than okay to feel what you feel. Don’t let anyone,
including yourself, convince you otherwise. – Daniell

Anytime you have physical discomfort of any kind, whether you call it emotional or physical pain within your body, it always always means the same thing… “I have a desire that is summoning Energy, but I have a belief that is not allowing, so I’ve created resistance in my body.” The solution every single time; to the releasing of discomfort or pain – is the relaxation and the reaching for the feeling of relief and seeing yourself already there. – Abraham

We work on ourselves in order to help others, but also
we help others in order to work on ourselves. – Pema

Keep doing what you know in your heart is right for
You. Live by choice, not by chance. Make changes, not excuses. Be motivated, not
manipulated. Work to excel, not compete. Choose to listen to your inner voice,
not the jumbled opinions of everyone else. It’s your road, and yours alone.
Others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for
you. -
If you want peace, you must make a way for love to
enter. You must rid yourself of all negative
influences. -
Sometimes it best to just remain silent and
smile. -
Do your thing. Do it every day. Do it
unapologetically. Don’t be discouraged by criticism. You probably already know
what they’re going to say anyway. Pay no mind to the fear of failure. It’s far
more valuable than success. Take ownership, take chances and have fun. And no
matter what, don’t ever stop doing your thing. – Asher

Pray when you feel like worrying. Give thanks when you
feel like complaining. Keep going when you feel like
quitting.
